After the 21 st century,China's steel industry has been developing rapidly,so that the shortage of steel products situation is resolved,the demand for steel has been increasing rapidly in various industries.However,in recent years,China's steel industry faced a competitive pressures in growing companies not only suffer from the problem of profit margins declining but also the environmental pollution brought a huge impact on the society.In the fierce market competition environment,companies must be used to change and innovate,and actively seek new strategic development,so companies need to pay attention to competitive strategy management.Enterprise competition strategy is directly related to the future development of the enterprise,the enterprise can be in the market competition is very important.Under the current circumstances,the first Qin company in a period of rapid development,there are good opportunities for development,there are some hidden dangers and challenges.Shouqin company to solve the problem of survival and development,the need for further research and analysis of the market situation,and then use their existing resources and technical advantages and gradually build their differences in market competition,the only way of Shouqin company in order to better stand steady development of the market foothold.This paper in the domestic and foreign steel industry comprehensive analysis on the basis,using the theory of enterprise management,strategic research,combined with poor differentiation competitive strategy development and comparative analysis method,conducts the analysis research to the Shouqin company development present situation and facing opportunities and challenges,through on the subject of practice and advantages of excellent enterprise,analyze its problems and shortcomings,the application of SWOT analysis method on the company's internal and external key factors evaluation,to find out the strengths and weaknesses of their own development and environmental opportunities and challenges facing,analyzing the deeper reason,on the basis of this,find specific countermeasures of Shouqin company differentiation strategy development.This study for the Shouqincompany's development has a very important role,and it also provides an important reference for the development of other SMEs.
