| Through the study of the account receivable management knowledge, this paper isin order to solve the account receivable issues of HQ Company at present by combiningthe theories and practices. And apply for the medium and small-sized manufacturingcompanies which exist the same problems as HQ Company.Firstly, comprehend the account receivable situation of HQ Company, themarketing situation and company presentation, know the relations of all factors andaccount receivable, and find out the inner and outer reasons which form the highaccount receivable. This paper discusses the outer reasons from keen competition, theclients and defective credit system and the inner reasons from lack of effective assesssystem, short of employees’ implementation,etc.Secondly, after ana lysing the reasons, put out the useful improvements before, inand after account receivable management. Before the account receivable management,need to improve the HQ Company internal progresses and issue useful credit policy.During the account receivable management, need to improve the management ofcontracts and dynamic management. And after the receivable management, it includesthe effective ways to get the money back and taking the way of law when the money ishard to be returned.The innovation of this paper is that hope to apply for more companies which aresimilar as HQ company by the useful improvement which put out in this paper. |
