In recent years, due to the introduction of new risk control variables, such as core enterprises, logistics enterprises and Internet information in the supply chain, supply chain financial services control the credit risks of small and medium-sized enterprises, such as "order and warehouse receipt, receivable and prepaid account, inventory",which can effectively solve the low credit level of small and medium-sized enterprises in the bank so that it is difficult to obtain sufficient external financing guidance. The shortage of funds, supply chain interruption and other risk problems, and the chain chattel trade financing, which is different from single enterprise, brings innovation and change of industry and financial market, and is favored by the line of banks,logistics,e-commerce and other lines. However, there are many risks in this process, such as market risk, credit risk, operational risk and legal risk. Therefore, the importance of assessing the risk of accounts receivable financing in the supply chain is becoming more and more important.Based on previous scholars' research, this paper takes SMEs in the supply chain accounts receivable financing business as the research object, after summarizing and analyzing supply chain finance, accounts receivable financing, risk management, this paper demonstrated the possible sources of risks arising from the use of accounts receivable financing from the perspective of the enterprise, which is legal risk, credit risk, market risk and operational risk, and then reclassified them.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and expert evaluation methods, the above four risks were identified and divided into external environmental risk factors and internal risk factors.Based on this as a starting point,a financing risk assessment index system for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)including 2 primary indicators,13 secondary indicators and 29 tertiary indicators is established, and give corresponding weight to each index system. Then, this paper used a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(FCE)to evaluate the accounts receivable financing risk of J Company--a small and medium-sized enterprise in the Yangtze River Delta Region uses its B company's accounts receivable financing and formulated corresponding rating levels and prevention standards. The results of the study indicate that the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in the supply chain can revitalize small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)and solve their financing difficulties. However, due to the fact that companies on the supply chain form a whole,SMEs' receivables on the supply chain financing is characterized by conductivity, vulnerability, dynamics, and complexity;in this paper,SMEs' financing risk assessment indicators system for accounts receivable of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain has the largest number of SMEs' self-factors,accounting for 4 secondary indicators and 11 The third-level indicators, followed by the factors of the core companies and other supply chain factors including commercial banks and third-party logistics companies, the above three types of factors are the main sources of risk for SMEs to use the supply chain to finance receivables; After assessing the financing risk of the J enterprise's accounts receivable on the supply chain through the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it is considered that in this case, the risk of the J enterprise using the receivables on the supply chain is low,and preventive measures should be taken.Based on the J business case and the conclusions obtained, from the perspective of different participants in financing accounts receivable, small businesses should follow macroeconomic and legal policies, improve corporate quality, operating capabilities, and profitability, while making good use of the supply chain's cooperative relations;commercial banks should improve their internal risk management and control capabilities, technological capabilities, and comprehensive financial service capabilities, and be more standardized when it comes to account receivable financing.
