The paper aims to explore the various problems and obstacles which we met during the development of international factoring through data analysis and case studies, and then put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The paper first discussed the background and significance of our international factoring businesses development, and pointed out its urgency and necessity of improving and accelerating;And then introduced the development status of international factoring business all over the world and our China.Third, stood from the perspective of enterprises, comparing the international factoring and the other several traditional international settlement through the quantitative methods, the overall costs and competitiveness, revealing the prominent advantages of international factoring business。 And further elaborates the advantages of international factoring and the applicable conditions, emphasizing that although the international factoring can be able to solve a variety of problems, it cannot be adopted to meet all the problems which encountered in the international business, therefore, a clear understanding of the applicable circumstances was fatal important;Fourth, finding out the problems and obstacles which encountered in the developing process, and giving a detailed analysis from the macro and micro levels. The lack of applicable laws and imperfect credit system are the issues mainly focus on macro aspect, and the micro level, the paper discusses it from commercial banks, commercial factoring companies and enterprises themselves;Finally, proposing the suggestions and countermeasures of developing and improving China’s international factoring business.
