Hongxinglong administration is located in the hinterland of the Sanjiang plain,which is one of the reclamation of large land areas in Heilongjiang province.In recent years, with the economic growth,population increasing, rapid urbanization and industrialization and the unreasonable exploitation and utilization of water resources,hydrologic system is impacted increasingly and the complexity of hydrological factors have become more and more prominent.These factors have become the key of the agriculture sustainable development.Sustainable utilization of agricultural water resources will be a major influence on the sustainable utilization of water resources,thus influence the sustainable development of the whole society.Only taking the scientific and rational technical measures and allocation scheme,the sustainable development of regional agricultural economy can get better.Considering the perspective of the sustainable development of agriculture,the complexity of water resources of Hongxinglong administration has been measured and analyzed by permutation entropy,to determine the integrated complexity spatial distribution,then to allocate the water resources and agricultural water resources on the basis of it,finally to evaluate agricultural water resource,which provides the scientific reference basis for guiding the reasonable and effective utilization of agricultural water resources,and coordinated development of the social, economic and environmental.(1)According to each farm of Hongxinglong administration groundwater depth and historical precipitation datum which are provided by water authority,using the method of surrogate data with statistics for nonlinearity detecting to determine the nonlinear characteristics.The results show that the significant index of time-series datum is greater than1.96in each farm of Hongxinglong administration,which illustrates the null hypothesis is rejected within95%confidence level,and groundwater depth and precipitation time-series datum have nonlinear components.(2)The region groundwater depth and precipitation time-series have been measured and analyzed by permutation entropy,and particle swarm is used to optimize phase space reconstruction parameters m and τ.According to the optimized reconstruction parameters,determine the value of complexity of groundwater depth and precipitation time-series and draw complexity partition spatial distribution maps.The results show that the middle has a maximum average complexity,the northern center and the south weakest in precipitation which is corresponding with groundwater depth. (3)The comprehensive complexity of water resources system is measured by permutation entropy,and drawing complexity partition spatial distribution maps of Hongxinglong administration by GIS visual function.Results show that the middle of Hongxinglong administration has the most complex water resources system,which is developed highest.The north complexity is weakest,because of close to two rivers which can make up for the development and utilization of water resources to some extent.The southern water resources system complexity is moderate,which explain the region has been affected by various uncertain factors,all kinds of human driving factors should be limited to turn to the good development.(4)According to partition of Hongxinglong administration complexity research results,groundwater depth and precipitation,achieving the harmonious,unified,sustainable development of economic benefits,social benefits and ecological environment benefit,the water resources of Hongxinglong administration optimization model has been established based on mixed genetic algorithm in2015and2020yaers.Case study show that Hongxinglong administration water resources are limited and not fully meet the agricultural water,the water deficit is larger, and the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources is obvious.In addition,the water shortage of planning years have been improved by the reasonable optimization,and groundwater resources get effective protection,which are used to confirm hybrid genetic algorithm is the effective way to optimize the allocation of water resources.Compared with particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm,the agricultural water resources of Hongxinglong administration optimization model had been established on this basis.The results show that the exploitation of groundwater and surface water have fallen sharply to guarantee the water resources quantity,while passing-by water is sufficiently utilized.Finallly,based on the result of water resources optimization,the water conservation planning is put forward.(5)The datum from water resources optimization in2015,12farms of the subordinate as appraising units,sustainable utilization of agricultural water resources index values are calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that12farms of Hongxinglong administration have lower sustainable utilization level overall,and it has a great potential for agricultural water utilized in the future.Exploitation and utilization of agricultural water resources input must be increasing,strengthen the consciousness of water saving,raising the utilization ratio of agricultural water resources,improving the ecological environment of agricultural water resources from now on.
