Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of Inspection Supervision Of Export Industrial Products

In2012， China has become the world first export and second import tradingcountry for two years. With the sharp development of foreign trade， the inspectionauthority plays an important role in guaranteeing the healthy and safety of humanbeing， plants and animals; protecting the environment; avoiding fraud behavior andmaintaining the safety of the country. However， at the same time， Quality ofproblems caused by Chinese exports have become increasingly prominent. The currentinspection and supervision system cannot adapt to the global economy and thedevelopment of China. Therefore， the inspection and supervision system of exportindustrial products needs the reform urgently.On the basis of theories from “Public Interest Theory”，“Limited government Theoryof”“Risk Management Theory” and some other relative theories， this paper tries toanalyze inspection supervision status and the existing problems of export industrialproducts in WuJin District and propose the reform. That is to cancel “the Catalogue ofEntry-Exit Commodities Inspected and Quarantined”， draw lessons from the westerncountries， strengthen aftermarket management and form the perfect enterprise systemand personal credit system under the guidance of risk management theory. Finally，this paper tries to solve the existing problems from the perspectives of improving socialsupervision and achieving inspection divorced from the supervision.
