With the frequent control policies of the central government on the real estateindustry,coupled with the increasingly fierce market competition,the cost of real estateenterprises in China compression space is getting smaller and smaller,the real estateindustry changed from the "golden age" to the "Silver Age".According to “Chinese realestate marketing report20112012" published by REICO studio in January9,2013,showsthe proportion of the tax cost of the real estate development company of19.06%.Therefore,a good tax planning,is of great significance and positive role to reduce the taxcost of the real estate enterprises,to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises andpromoting the development of the real estate industry as a whole.Systematic analysis of tax planning from theory and practice are two different levelsof real estate development enterprises,mainly focuses on the practical aspects. The full textis divided into three parts: the first part,select the object A real estate developmentcompanies as a comprehensive case analysis,including an overview of the company and itsexternal environment in which the main taxes and the tax burden,the real estate businessdevelopment process andreal estate companies involved in related taxes. Second part ofSuzhou A real estate company,including business tax,land value-added tax,corporateincome tax, and a variety of tax co-ordinated tax planning analysis estimates byscientific data to demonstrate the economic benefits of tax planning,planning before andafter the tax burden of a comparative analysis. Part III summarizes the Company A taxplanning in business tax planning,land value increment tax planning,corporate income taxplanning,and a variety of tax planning and planning for the Risk and PreventionExperience. Description reasonable tax planning to bring substantial economic benefits to the enterprise,but also to promote the construction of the country’s legal system,thuspromoting the overall socio-economic development.
