Study On Sustainable Development Strategy Of Erdos Coal Industry

Focusing on big projects to promote,strive to create our own clean energy industry base, it has significant meaningto meet the domestic demand for clean energy, solve the structural shortage ofnational petrochemical products, optimizing adjustment of coal use.Autonomous region also offered to the construction of Ordos city’s energyand chemical base, and put forward to build national green energy base,national new chemical industry base and a series of policy suggestions.Coal industry is an important basic industry in national economy and energy security, Ordos city is large-scale coal base and sustainable development e xperimental zone, which is key area of the Government’s development plans.The general classification of resource-based cities in2013, Ordos city was placed on the growing city. the coal industry as the pillar industry of local economic development, whether it can successfully realize the sustainable development is not only related to the autonomous region economy development, butalso have a close relationship with the general situation and the developmentof the national economy of energy industry in China.At present, Ordos city’s oal industry development exists a number ofproblems,such as coal management system is not perfect, low degree ofresource utilization, Coal mining compensation mechanism is not goodenough, fragile ecological environment, etc., this problems seriously restrictthe development of the local coal industry. Coal energy is irrefragable anddevelopment trend of low carbon economy requires Ordos coal industry mustchange the development train of thought. Based on Marx’s sustainabledevelopment and related economic theory,the article analyze the coalindustry research results at home and abroad, then paper conduct acomprehensive analysis for Ordos coal industry development presentsituation, finally put forward policy suggestions to promote the developmentof Ordos coal industry, and points out that the city should actively build a coalindustry development cycle system, extend the industrial chain, enhance thelevel of deep processing of coal, strengthening comprehensive utilization ofwaste.This article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is theintroduction, first elaborates the research background, significance of topicselection, elaborates the related concepts, and summarizes the researchmethods. The second chapter is the related theoretical basis, mainly includingMarx’s sustainable development view, the dialectic relationship betweenproductivity and production, allocation of factor of production theory, DavidRicardo’s theory of comparative advantage and Lu’s theory of growth pole.The third chapter is Ordos’ coal industry macro environment analysis, mainlydivided into the policy, economic, legal, cultural，environment aspects. The fourth chapter is the SWOT analysis and strategic choice for Ordos’ coalindustry development. The fifth chapter analysis from the government,industry and enterprise level, and put forward relevant policy suggestions topromote the development coal industry of Ordos city.
