After the long-term development,China furniture enterprise already hasaconsiderablescale, with strong competitiveness and a more prominent industrialadvantages. But due to various factors and changes in the worldeconomicpattern and adjust the national industrial policy, Chinese furniture enterprisesin the future living environment has become more complex, the whole industry in thenext ten years will be in serious travel. How to improve employee satisfaction, attract andretain talented people at all levels of the enterprise needs has become animportant problem in the development of furniture industry. However, atpresent,specifically for the few furniture enterprise employee satisfaction andturnover correlation studies.The study of job satisfaction and turnover intention questionnaire based on theJFY furniture company headquarters and three branch staff, understand employee jobsatisfaction and turnover intention of staff turnover situation, anddifferent statistical variables of job satisfaction, tend to have no significantdifference; correlation analysis of jobsatisfaction and turnover intention, and find outthe job satisfaction the specific factors which have a strong impact on turnoverintention. The main conclusions are as follows:1, the furniture manufacturing businessenterprise employee job satisfaction is generally low, the staff (especially youngemployees and employees) has a strong service orientation.2, their maritalstatus, education level, work experience, working in different positions are on jobsatisfaction significantly, and the employee’s age, marital status, education level, workexperience on their turnover intention have significant influence. Between the3furnituremanufacturing enterprises, employee satisfaction and turnover intention showeda significant negative correlation, negative correlation between eachfactor and job satisfaction and turnover intention significantly, the "job" and "workteam" and employee turnover negative correlation between the strongest tendency.4,"jobitself","team","superior leadership" of the furniture enterprise employee turnoverintention have significant influence on the furniture manufacturing enterprise, theemployee turnover intention have significant predictive and explanatory ability, amongwhich "job itself","team work" on turnover intention the strongest. Based on theabove discussion and analysis, this study for the furniture manufacturing enterprises to improve employee job satisfaction, reduce turnover rate were put forward countermeasuresfor the human resource management of the recent and long-term.The study on both at home and abroad correlation exists about job satisfaction andturnover intention is discussed in depth, find out the factors that influence turnoverintention of furniture enterprise employee job satisfaction, is a complement tothe seminar on employee job satisfaction at present domestic relative lack of privatefurniture business, up from this perspective this study there is a certainn innovation. Atthe same time, this study also for private furnitureeenterprise managers and decisionmakers are an improved long-term recent and suggestions, to reduce thefurniture enterprises are facing high employee turnover rate and help the reality toimprove employee satisfaction.The study sample was selected a private furniture enterprises in Foshan city ofGuangdong Province were investigated, the relationship between if you wantto study on employee job satisfaction and turnover intention of furnitureenterprises and draws a general conclusion, future research should alsobe sampled on the broader regional many furniture enterprises, conclusion that research ismoreuniversal. In addition, in order to make a more detailed understanding of therelationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention, also suggest addingsome intermediat variable, in order to provide suggestions for improvement of morescientific for the management of human resources.
