With the development of China's economy, national disposable income increase more than before. National consumption concept not only focus on the material level, but also the spiritual wealth. Most people choose to travel during the holidays. A large increase in the number of tourists promote the development of tourism and hotel industry, but also the Inn Boutique increase on the demand of tourists to the personalized service, fashion and luxury. As a labor-intensive industry, the Inn Boutique develop slowly with high employee turnover rate, therefore, dig the reason deeply becomes necessary to solve the bottleneck of the development of the hotel.This article collects data on the basis of Fuzhou Joy Spa Hotel survey,uses SPSS 18.0 for statistical data in accordance with the different variables:job level, age, education level, marital status, job satisfaction and turnover intention were analyzed statistically and compared with their exist differences. This paper also uses the method of factor analysis, aggregates job satisfaction into six factors:management, promotion, salary and welfare, working environment, training status and work income. It also uses SPSS 18.0 for the correlation analysis and regression analysis on the job satisfaction and turnover intention, concludes the correlation and causality between the two variables, finally puts forward the corresponding management suggestions and points out the lack of research and improvement according to the conclusion.
