In China, the research on value chain accounting is relatively, but the value chain andfinancial strategy together to research is relatively less, especially the application is of less.In the traditional financial management mode, the company’s financial strategy tends moreto analyze the financing or investment from the perspective of their own, not build aconsistent system of financial strategy for the future development of enterprises based onvalue chain angle, this also caused the company increasingly unable to meet the needs offuture development. At thesame time, this paper also analyzes the external value chain and internal value chainactivities of the enterprises’ financial strategy, refining it’s target, principle,basic contentand the concrete implementation method. By this way, establish a financial strategy system.At last, do a case analysis of financial strategy based on value chain of Chongqing WYcompany, probing the practical application of financial strategy based on value chain.
