Vietnam socio-economic has been improved entirely since the time of reforming in1986.From a backward agronomy updating to a market–economy oriented, Vietnam hasovercome and crossed out obstacles in trading and perfected investment condition step bystep. As a result, throughout more than twenty years investing in non-stop developingmarkets, investment has been become one of the most leading important motivations ofnation. Corporations with direct investment have been showing their vital role in making upnational economy’s development. However, we could not deny the contribution of State-owned companies have in such improvement. Thedifference in scale of foreign directinvestment enterprises and state investment enterprises results vary in management styles andtrading modes leading to different economic efficiency. Dissertation of researching andcomparing gross value production, taxes, benefits and attracting labours of foreign directinvestment and state investment enterprises will report the current situation of economiceffects and changing trend as well. Via research, we find out sollutions to shorten the gapbetween economic efficiency of foreign direct and state investment enterprises’ difference.
