From the housing system reform in1998, China’s housing industry has graduallydeveloped into one of the pillar industries of national economy, under its impetus,personal housing mortgage loan business is also developing rapidly. In recent years, thepersonal housing mortgage loans of commercial Banks also constantly improve theproportion of the total amount of loans. Internationally recognized personal housingmortgage loan default risk season for5to8years after, therefore, our country is now atthe stage of high personal housing mortgage loan defaults, and parts of the real estatedevelopment enterprise financing channels narrow, house prices rose too fast, short bankdeposit and lending long, imperfect legal system, limits treatment of difficult problems,such as, making the risk of personal housing mortgage loan in our country is graduallyrevealed. The risk will be the first to affect bank capital safety, and even disrupt thewhole national economic safe operation of the system.Can be seen from the existing research, with asset bubbles, land, finance, theoverlap crisscross of economic crisis and other factors, personal housing mortgage loanin our country still has certain risk. Therefore, commercial Banks personal housingmortgage loan risk of widespread, academia there has been a part of the research.However, from a specific perspective, the study did not create the framework of acomprehensive system to solve the problem of the risk of personal housing mortgageloans. Therefore, this article research will make up for the defects, and combining withthe actual condition of G bank run, emphatically from the market risk, credit risk andoperational risk research and analyze three aspects, in order to identify G bank individualhousing mortgage loan business faces three big risks, through the analysis of the existingthree G bank risk control system of the existing problems and put forward thecorresponding business management and risk prevention measures to promote thedevelopment of the whole banking personal housing mortgage loan business.
