Theoretical level, at the same time failed tocognitive logistics service quality from the Angle of value creation in the networkshopping brings to the consumer perceived value. overall satisfaction and loyalty ofonline shopping behavior mechanism, cognitive is not clear, the influence of theseaspects of fuzzy also led to the manufacturer cannot take its role and influence, thusindirect influence the quality of service management.Based on the above factors,this paper is studied under the electronic commerce oflogistics service quality impacting on overall customer satisfaction. first,it reviewes theinfluence of the consumer e-commerce logistics service quality evaluation dimensionsand sale in different stages, generalizes the evaluation dimensions,and make differencesbetween its traditional environment and the electronic commerce environment.Then on the basis of related literature review, formed logistics service quality ofthe influence of different dimensions of satisfaction model under the e-commerceenvironment by expanding. In the process of setting the questionnaire used the factoranalysis method and hypothesis testing, and uses the structural equation for empiricalresearch. Finally it is concluded that logistics service quality under the electroniccommerce of eight dimensions positive influence on perceived value and satisfaction toget the support part, as well as the perceived value has a significant positive influenceon customer satisfaction.Secondly, this paper enterprise logistics service quality for the transversecomparison by using the method of variance analysis for typical e-commerce.Finally, logistics service quality improvement methods are proposed under theelectronic commerce. In the process of improvement, this paper uses the qualityfunction deployment.This article is not only for the domestic engaged in B2C, B2B e-commerceenterprises in the service content, the key task of quality management and planning inorder to provide practical and effective operating tools; as well as provides more effective theoretical basis practice in the creation and management of the Internetenvironment on consumer perception of logistics service quality; as well as providesscientific theoretical tools, and improve direction for the improvement of the logisticsenterprises subsequent...
