In recent years, leaders began to gradually shift the focus of employees that staff the new ideas and new proposals will improve the efficiency of the organization, an important factor in the generation of high-quality decision-making. Therefore, employee voice as an extra role behavior become many experts, scholars and business managers an important object of study, it is a kind of employees expressing personal views and opinions to organizational situation and existing problems of behavior. In the study, transformational leadership as the antecedent variable of employee voice, by citing the employee trust as an intermediary variable, to further enrich the research content of voice behavior.Leadership behavior is a key factor in the impact of whether employee speak up or not, one the one hand, leaders are the main target for employee speak to, on the other hand, the leader controls the tissue distribution and reward power, and is also a well-organized atmosphere suggestions shaper. The study on the basis of previous theories, puts forward four hypotheses and construct the research model. Then exploratory verify the impact of transformational leadership on employee voice behavior and whether the employee trust plays an intermediary role in the effect of transformational leadership on employee voice behavior. At last, the study makes empirical analysis to the above hypotheses accordingly. In the course of the research, this study mainly uses the SPSS18.0to analyze reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and through correlation and regression analysis to sort the relationship between variables. The results show that:(1) There was a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and employee voice behavior;(2) There is a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership and the employee trust;(3) There is a significant positive correlation between employee voice behavior and the employee trust;(4) The employee trust partially mediates the transformational leadership and employee voice behavior. Finally, this study combines the theory and research results for enterprises to provide some management suggestions, points out the shortcomings of this study simultaneously, and make a prospect of the future.
