With the development of economic globalization,enterprises are facing more fierce market competition.If the enterprise wants to sustainable development,and standing in the fierce market competition,they not only to response to the changing external competitive environment reasonably,but also need to constantly improve the enterprise internal management.Inclusive leadership can manage internal problems well,and it can handle problems well in a complex and diverse environment.At the same time,the development of enterprises is inseparable from the joint efforts of all employees of the enterprise,and need their advice on the development of enterprises.However,in the context of Chinese culture,many employees are deeply influenced by the thought of "the doctrine of the mean" and "harmony is the most precious",and consider the risks of personal interests and voice behavior.Therefore,few employees put forward their own suggestions on the problems existing in the enterprise,and fewer employees put forward their own opinions on the future development of the enterprise.This makes the wisdom of enterprise employees not fully exerted,which affects the innovation ability and the sustainable development of the enterprise.Combing domestic and foreign relevant literature,Constructed a relationship model that the inclusive leadership asthe independent variable,the employee voice behavior as the dependent variable and the organizational trust as the mediator variable in this study.Three hundred valid questionnaires were empirical analyzed with SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The statistical characteristics of population to the employee perception of inclusive leadership,organizational trust and staff advice behavior has certain influence,and the age,academic degree,position category and job styles has certain influence on the relationship between the inclusive leadership and employee.advice behavior model.And the impact of position categories on employee voice behavior is greater than other demographic variables.(2)Inclusive leadership can promote employee voice behavior.Openness and accessibility have positive influence on employee voice behavior,availability has no significant impact on employee voice behavior.(3)Inclusive leadership can enhance the organizational tust of employees.Openness and accessibility have positive influence on organizational trust,availability has no significant impact on organizational trust.(4)Organizational trust can improve employee voice behavior.(5)Organizational trust partially mediated the impact of inclusive leader on employee voice behavior.Organizational trust fully mediated the impact of openness on employee voice behavior.Organizational trust partially mediated the impact of accessibility on employee voice behavior.
