| ABSTRACT:Electrical assembly industry is one of key industry mechanical manufacturing in our country, its total value of out-put account for25.86%of mechanical industry. Based on the importance of electrical assembly industry, it’s very meaningful to pick B electric company to carry on supply logistics collaboration mode choice and benefit analysis research. Through document analysis and field investigation, this paper analyzed B electric company’s supply logistics inventory collaboration problems; chose the proper supply logistics inventory collaboration mode; build up inventory collaboration efficiency model based on CS mode; Selected typical material to calculate the benefit; carried on collaborative efficiency sensitivity analysis and presented managerial implication.The main research findings of the present paper are:(1) This paper took B electric company as research objects, analyzed supply logistics scale, characteristics of the main supplier, business process and management objectives. By analyzing the problem that core material’s inventory holding cost is too high and supply and demand parties is lack of collaboration, put forward the train of thought to solve related problem: improve company’s core material inventory collaboration mode to raise both sides’efficiency.(2) Considering costs, risks, implementation difficulties, this paper combines qualitative and quantitative way to choose CS collaboration mode as the solution to B company’s supply logistics problem, not only provide theoretical basis for solving the problem of supply logistics, but also makes the study much more reliable and useful.(3) This paper build up inventory collaboration efficiency model based on CS mode, analyzed CS collaboration benefits by the contrast of cost changes before and after the implementation; Regarding the empirical research, calculated collaboration benefits with typical material’s investigated data; Based on empirical research, carried on collaboration efficiency sensitivity of main parameters and presented managerial implication accordingly. |
