Supply chain is a concept which is based on the scholar’s understanding of product process from the enterprise to the consumer. Enterprise should manage its’ inventory in the buyer’s market for offer the best service to consume. It means it should manage and control for the total amount of the product in its’ supply chain, before really enter into the sale process. In this way, it could ensure the profit, reduce to tie up the funds and increase the enterprise’s core competitiveness.S company is a professional Supply Chain Company. The supply chain mode impacts the profit and the development of the company. To research the supply chain which S company is used could know more about the core basis, core purpose, core meaning and different modes of supply chain in enterprise. And also could know more about how Supply Chain Company sets up their organization structure, manages their operation process and obtains the profit. It could be an example for other Supply Chain Company.
