Research On R&D Investment Impacts On The Growth Of The Listed Companies On SME Board

Nowadays, the competition between enterprises has gradually from tangible assetsto intangible assets, R&D investment as the intangible assets of the enterprise, is thesource to promote the rapid development of enterprises. R&D activities is the motivepower of technological progress, the number of R&D funds directly affect the enterprisetechnology level. At present, China is in a crucial stage of economic structuraladjustment, increase investment in research and development, promotes scientific andtechnological innovation, to enhance the comprehensive national strength, and has thevital significance to maintain rapid economic growth.Small and medium-sized enterprises as an important component of the nationaleconomy, research on the small and medium-sized enterprise R&D spending for growthof enterprise, not only can act and the strategy behind the basic operating characteristicsand reflect the company’s growth, but also has important theoretical and practicalsignificance to the sustained growth of economic and business growth. Therefore, inview of the small and medium-sized board listing Corporation, R&D investment havebrought high growth enterprises, and R&D investment how to affect the growth ofenterprises become the focus of this article.This paper selects142small and medium-sized listing Corporations, theseenterprises are divided into manufacturing, processing industry, service industry andintegrated enterprises in four industries according to the actual situation of differentindustries targeted analysis. This paper consists of six parts; the first part is anintroduction, describes the research background of this paper and puts forward thecontents of the purpose and significance of research, domestic and foreign review andresearch methods etc. The second part is the theoretical foundation, introduces theconcept of R&D investment and growth, and the related theories. The third part is theanalysis of small and medium-sized plate of R&D investment listing Corporation andgrowth trend. The fourth part is the design of the paper, there are three aspects of thedesign hypothesis according to the actual situation of SME listing Corporation. The fifthpart first carries on the descriptive statistics for small and medium-sized panels R&D investment listing Corporation and enterprise growth, then makes a multiple linearregression analysis. The sixth part according to the present situation of small andmedium-sized listing Corporation investment in research and development and growth ofenterprises based on the combination of theoretical and empirical results and put forwardthe corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper draws the following conclusion: R&D investment there is a significantpositive relationship between growth fund and enterprise; no significant correlationbetween growth part of the industry R&D personnel and the proportion of enterprises;related department of government subsidies and the enterprise’s growth is positivelyrelated to. Small and medium-sized listing Corporation to influence the growth of theproblems existing in the R&D according to the results shown, put forward a series ofproposals and ideas, deepen reform to help small and medium-sized plate of the listingCorporation, to further improve the growth of small and medium-sized enterprise board,not only bring beneficial effects for the overall economy level of development its own.
