From1984onwards, the implementation of market-oriented operation of expressway policy, and gradually establish a "national investment, local financing, social financing, foreign investment,"and "road loans, loan fees,"the rolling development policy, effectively easing the road lack of construction funds to accelerate the pace of building the expressway, and the formation of a number of expressway listed companies. Financial Performance Studies expressway listed companies, is conducive to business and investors accurately understand corporate financial health and operational efficiency, to help companies and investors take the right measures to promote enterprise development and protect the interests of investors.This article is from a non-controlling shareholder of a corporate perspective to research expressway listed companies’ financial performance evaluation problems. First elaborate research background and significance, research methods, summarized the financial performance evaluation system and evaluation methods at home and abroad, as well as an overview of the basic necessity of financial performance evaluation of expressway enterprises and listed companies; then established financial performance evaluation system based on non-controlling corporate shareholder perspective expressway listed companies. On this basis, the dissertation empirically analyses the financial performance of expressway listed companies from2010to2012using principal component analysis. Finally, put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the non-controlling corporate shareholder and expressway listed companies.Throughout the entirety innovations mainly reflected in three aspects:First, the departure angles non-controlling corporate shareholder, targeted, innovative, joint stock companies intended for transportation infrastructure investment company invested evaluation use, with practical value; Second, on the selected financial indicators, breaking the traditional financial indicators selection method that combines the core concerns of the non-controlling corporate shareholders of listed companies and expressway characteristics; Third, use a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis approach, building expressway listed companies’ financial performance evaluation system, and empirical research using principal component analysis.
