In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy in our country, the speed of urbanization advancement speeding up unceasingly, the urban population sharp increase, the demand for infrastructure construction is increasing, the single government investment, has far cannot satisfy the demand of the public infrastructure construction and development. BT mode with its powerful diversity, diversified, multi-channel financing ability has caused wide public concern at home, and in some large public infrastructure project try applications, has achieved considerable success.BT mode in our country, however, as a new financing way, still in the stage of exploration and practice. Due to the different engineering scale, nature is not the same, but at present our country have laws and regulations about BT financing system is not perfect enough, so will appear in the process of the specific application of BT the choice of operation mode, the lack of contract management and risk management and so on.This paper mainly studied the BT financing present situation at home and abroad, on this basis, in order to "ningbo yinzhou district along the longitudinal construction project" as an example of application research, from the project BT the choice of operation pattern, the establishment of the contract system, risk analysis and prevention and the repurchase price in qualitative and quantitative analysis research on the aspects such as the control of, the project was introduced in detail the application of BT financing model, and put forward the corresponding measures to solve, in order to reference for policy makers.
