Because low resources consumption, big drive coefficient, as well as more employment opportunities, the tourism will bring good comprehensive benefits to whole society. Since the reform and opening beginning, our tourism has being developed very fast. Its scale and system are increasingly perfect. The tourist attraction is the core of tourism. It is also most important part of tourism system. So it is also main factors and incentive for the tourists travelling.The quality grade of Chinese tourist attraction is divided into five ones, from high to low in turn for5A,4A,3A,2A,1A level. Level5A is a set of standardized quality rating system and also enjoyed the Chinese tourist attraction highest honor.This article studied deeply the risks maybe faced in building Nanning Qingxiu Shan tourist attraction into Chinese5A tourist attraction by means of risk identification, assessment as well as measures in light of the theory of project management,In the paper the background of the project, general situation of Qingxiu Shan tourist attraction as well as Nanning located of the tourist attraction are first produced. Then, the risks in carrying out the project are identification analysed by means of brainstorming method, SWOT analysis method, as well as bones diagram analysis method in the theory of project management. Through the above analysis, five gig risks in carrying out the project are summed up, it is, Planning stage ones, start-up stage ones, implementation stage ones, controlling stage and final stage ones.17risks factors in the project implementation are mentioned. Finally, the risk factors are evaluated using Delphi method. It is concluded that the four factors seriously influence on the project. And the corresponding methods and measures against risks are put forward. |
