Research On The Development Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Xinjiang Under National Equities Exchange And Quotations

The18th National Congress explicitly proposed to accelerate the development of multi-level capital market,and the main focus is to strengthen the construction of the OTC market.National Equities Exchange and Quotations is a national OTC market, mainly giving services for the innovative, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises, beginning from the strategic concept of "to provide financing platform for the high-tech high-growth enterprises".At present,National Equities Exchange and Quotations has expanded to the whole country.Small and medium-sized enterprises in Xinjiang has been facing with the heavy tax burden,low credit,financing difficulties,and National Equities Exchange and Quotations can help small and medium-sized enterprises break through the bottleneck of development.Xinjiang small and medium-sized enterprises should pay close attention to the national policy,seizing the opportunity to take advantage of National Equities Exchange and Quotations to promote their development, thereby giving impetus to the development of regional economy.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the related theory I use many methods to analyze the development of National Equities Exchange and Quotations, listing conditions, and business.Using the cost-benefit analysis I get that Xinjiang small and medium-sized enterprises get more benefits than costs, but Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Xinjiang have been facing many problems.For the problems,I put forward suggestions from the local government perspective and the perspective of SMEs.Xinjiang local government should strengthen the organization,establish the SME equity listing Leading Group,seize the opportunity to promote SME training project,protrude the speciality characteristics to accelerate cultivate SME clusters and introduc incentives to encourage SMEs to list National Equities Exchange and Quotations. Meanwhile, Xinjiang SMEs must continue to regulate and through its own efforts to achieve the listing, but also to continue their efforts after the successful listing, taking full advantage of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, laying the foundation for improving the management level of small and medium-sized enterprises, playing the role in promoting the development of SMEs and the development of the regional economy. The study from the angle of Xinjiang SMEs how to use the National Equities Exchange and Quotations to develop. There are no feasibility study of the deficiencies and the inadequacies of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. The National Equities Exchange and Quotations is in the continuous improvement process. Xinjiang SMEs should pay close attention to the national policies and take full advantage of the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.
