The Research On Being List Of National Equities Exchange And Quotations And Financial Issues For Small And Medium Enterprises

Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs)strive to broaden the financing channels which based on the expansion of ‘National Equities Exchange and Quotations'(NEEQ).More and more SMEs choose NEEQ as a beginning in the capital market to seek their own development and solve the shortage of funds.At the same time,NEEQ is playing an increasingly important role as the "capital reservoir" for the main Shanghai & Shenzhen Board and the growth enterprise market.This paper attempts to use some scientific methods to demonstrate related issues,such as survey the literature,statistics induction,comparative analysis and case study.First of all,combing the formation and development of NEEQ and emphasizing that it has positive effect on the improvement of SMEs' financing situation and multi-level capital market structure.Secondly,this paper also lists relevant characteristics and qualifications of SMEs and makes a comprehensive analysis about the advantages and disadvantages for being list of NEEQ,describes the following risk and how to control them.All of them can be made as the reference for related companies.To analysis corporate financial model based on the related cases,such as private placement,equity pledge loan and the transfer of listing.At last,policy suggestions will be proposed for NEEQ on four aspects: improve market-making system,appropriate to reduce the access threshold for investors,make transfer-plate-mechanism clear,and provide tax incentive for listed SMEs.Finally,the paper concludes that SMEs will be provided increasingly broad financing platform with the improvement of NEEQ.It has a practical significance,which fueled the future development of enterprises.
