The Cultivation And Protection Research Of Geographical Indication Product In Jiangxi Province

With the deepen of international division of work and expediting of the course ofeconomic internationalization, the production is increasingly international. With thedevelopment of world economy and international trade, thus geography indicationproduct’s economic value highlights day after day. Geography indication product as akind of goods can show geographical origins to the customers, thus it can also getenormous economical benefits for its owners and dealers. It is a valuable legacy toimprove production’s competence even in international competition. So how toexcavate and give full play to the economic value and cultural value of geographicalindication products to promoting the competitiveness is becoming the focus thatacademic world pay attention to for promoting regional economic and socialdevelopment.At present, the academic research on the geographical indication products mainlyfocus on the study of law, however, there are very limited studies about cultivationand protection of geography indication product especially in Jiangxi Province basedon the theories of human geography, economic geography, regional economics andresource economics.Theoretical and empirical analyses are used in this essay to study the cultivationand protection of geography indication product.Theoretical analyses: At first, as an introduction, includes research background,aim and significance, main content and methods, creation and so on. Secondly, thearticle discusses the concept of geography indication product, the practical value andthe practical significance, especially the economic value. Introduced the threeprotective system in geographical indication of China at present-----The trademarklaw protection system of SAIC, the system of geography signs products protection of AQSIQ, the agricultural geographical indication products registration system ofChina’s Ministry ofAgriculture.The analysis of the empirical level: First, according to data analysis software ofArcGIS and SPSS, and research method of Principal Component Analysis, clusteranalysis and Fuzzy evaluation method, the product list and qualified farm productdatabase which is spatially enabled. In this chapter, the cultivation and protection ofgeographical indication product in Jiangxi province is analyzed and generalized basedon the distributing maps and relevant literature information. Secondly, based on thegeographical indication product relevant regulations of application and protectionfrom AQSIQ, SAIC and China’s Ministry of Agriculture, diagnosis is made by theanalysis and assessment of existing geographical indication product in Jiangxiprovince. Then, the favorable conditions is summarized based on the level and typeclassification of qualified farm product data in Jiangxi province as reference basisprovided for relevant departments. At last, the main problems and countermeasures ofprotection and cultivation research in Jiangxi geographical indication product is putforward in summary.We should and we have to consider about this rhetorical and practical question.Actively protecting and cultivating the geographical indication products in JiangxiProvince has huge economic and social value in a context of the ‘green economy’. So,the highlight of this paper is in four parts. Frist, the geographical indication productsdata is spatially enabled in this paper. Then, the qualified products database is builtand is classified as a list in3level-----good ones, better ones, and the best ones. Atlast, problems and suggestions are put forward by the analysis of data.
