The Research On The Competitiveness Of Ganzhou Non-ferrous Metals Industrial Clusters

As one of the national non-ferrous metal producing areas, Ganzhou city is-known as the tungsten capital of the world and the kingdom of rare earth. The local government fully use the resource advantages to make the non-ferrous metal industry bigger and stronger, and make the resource advantages become the industrial advantages and economic advantages, try to turn the Ganzhou area into the National Tungsten and rare earth industry base, and use the opportunity to build a rare metal industry base, agglomerate projects and industry, to speed up the development of rare metal industry, gradually formed non-ferrous metals industry cluster. But affected by many factors, the competitive advantage of the cluster is not given full play. In addition, the continuous decrease of resources and the increasingly fierce market competition, to the development of Ganzhou non-ferrous metals industry cluster also puts forward new requirements. This paper can enrich the research of industrial cluster by useing the empirical analysis, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, field survey research methods for the cluster competitiveness of Ganzhou nonferrous metals industry and also has great practical significance.There are six parts in this research and mainly focuses on three issues:the first one, the research on the formation mechanism of Ganzhou nonferrous metals industry cluster. Based on industry cluster competitiveness relevant literature review at home and abroad, the non-ferrous metal industry cluster and the competitiveness of the relevant theory of carding, analysis concludes the main sources of non-ferrous metals industry cluster competitiveness has the resources endowment, economies of scale, technology innovation, business performance, such as cluster environment. The Second one is the research on evaluation of cluster competitiveness of Ganzhou nonfen-ous metals industry. on the basis of qualitative analysis of Ganzhou non-ferrous metal industry cluster, constructed the non-ferrous metal industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system, including enterprise quantity, regional output, practitioners, gross industrial output value, average proportion of. investment in fixed assets, research and development fee of the total financial expenditure, the output value of comprehensive utilization of "three wastes" products, the investment of environmental pollution treatment. Then it uses the factor analysis method to research the Ganzhou state of non-ferrous metals industry cluster competitiveness, found that the Ganzhou non-ferrous metal industry cluster competitiveness is basically a trend of slow growth year by year, but it does not give full play to get competitive advantage. Thirdly, it’s about some policy suggestions to further enhance the competitiveness of Ganzhou nonferrous metals industry. According to the results of empirical analysis, and puts forward some policy suggestions for improving cluster competitiveness of Ganzhou nonferrous metals industry, The main policy advice is optimize the non-ferrous metal industry chain, improve the ability of value creation, perfect human management system, and strengthen the construction of talent team, Increase the intensity of environmental protection, sustainable development and so on.
