The Whole Process Of Project Cost Management For Construction Decoration Corp

Decoration industry has become one of three big pillar of construction. With the rapid development of decoration industry, the competition of market become more and more fierce, low-price strategy becomes the more important and the most effective way to obtain much project for the decoration enterprise. But the enterprise benefits is reduced directly because of low price, the problem that each decoration enterprise must face is to reduce costs to create a good benefit by strengthening enterprise cost management. The project cost management is the core of decoration enterprise cost management, so it is the guarantee of building decoration enterprise profits for project cost is controlled and managed effectively, and this directly influence on the benefits of enterprises. This paper puts forward construction decoration enterprise cost management on the basis of the whole project process, to strengthen enterprise’s project cost management, to build the project target responsibility cost management system of decoration enterprise.Research work has been done in this paper as follows:Part Ⅰ, this paper introduces the research background, analyzes the present situation and the prospect of construction decoration industry, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of decoration enterprise project cost management, and put forward the problems of the research and the research purpose, significance, ideas and methods;Part Ⅱ, this paper elaborates the project cost management related theory, analyses the whole process of construction decoration project management;Part Ⅲ, analyzes the decoration project cost management problems in the stage of implementation and the contents and methods of the whole process of project cost management;Part IV, systematically expounds general rules, organization structure, process and contents and methods for the construction decoration enterprise to build project cost management system, from the perspective of qualitative;Part Ⅴ, the project of advanced decoration of the F apartment building as an example, systematically introduces the concrete implementation process of project cost management, proves the effectiveness of decoration enterprise project cost management based on the whole process;Part Ⅵ, the conclusion and expectation, introduces the conclusion of the paper and the shortage of the research.Through the analysis and argumentation, the author believes that the construction decoration companies should build the project target responsibility cost management system for enterprise own based on the whole process of project management, and establish the project cost management mode real suitable for enterprise own operating, then the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise should be enhanced.
