Grain is the most basic life supplies and it’s also an important basis of keeping the army’s stability and promoting army’s construction.To guarantee the order of normal work, life and training in the army, the army’s grain supply work must be done stably, orderly, timely and fast.The army’s grain supply, as an extremely important part in the work of army’s logistical support at present, playing an extraordinary significant role, has also an important effect on the army’s modernization and standardization construction.With the development of the reform in China’s grain circulation system and military system, the army’s grain supply work also faces a lot of new challenges, the original supply system has been unable to meet the needs of army’s construction in the new period.Thus, the research on the army’s grain supply chain management is becoming more and more important. For a long time, the local enterprises on the study of supply chain management have an advantage over the army and the supply chain coordination management research is originated from local businesses, too. The supply chain coordination management is the development direction of supply chain management research and it penetrates into the whole supply chain operation process from raw materials to finally users.The supply chain coordination management promotes the node enterprises’ development, further taking fully advantages of supply chain’s node enterprise and creating a larger supply chain value, playing a huge role in improving the competitiveness of the supply chain.For the army grain supply chain, although its essentially difference from the enterprise’s supply chain, however, with the help of the army’s logistics support constraints and consulting some good practice and experience from the enterprise’s supply chain collaborative management, it still can play a good role in improving the efficiency of army’s grain supply chain and the level of logistics support.On the basis of reading a large number of supply chain management literatures and reviewing related theories,the paper discoveries the current situation of our military grain supply chain’s development and some defects in the commissary and construction of the grain supply chain.Hence,based on the experience of the local enterprise in supply chain management, the paper puts forward a thinking of construction of military food supply chain collaborative management.The paper designs a collaborative management system to make the army food supply chain business process have a unified processing platform.Each node enterprise can share with information, it promotes the standardization of the army’s food supply work.Wo also construct the army food supply chain collaborative management network model, the strategy of supply chain collaborative management and the army food supply chain collaborative management evaluation system. We standardize all indexes involved in the each supply node enterprise and evaluate the army grain supply chain collaborative management supply by collecting and processing data of the index system.Finally, we point out the insufficient of each node in the supply chain collaboration by evaluating the results and put forward the improvement advices and development ideas for the construction of the grain supply chain.
