Henan as a big province in food supply, to solve the food crisis, security plays an important role in food safety. National will also put Henan into the construction of grain core area, but now there are a lot of problems about the development of Henan grain supply chain, and the grain supply chain integration can improve the circulation efficiency, reduce cost and make contribution for the development of the economy in Henan province.Combining with the actual situation of the development of henan grain supply chain, the text analyzes its present situation and problems, thus we can see the existing problems in the development of food supply chain. Each link is weak; The intermediary service organization is lack; The various parts of the logistics system has yet to be perfect; Pattern is messy and do not have scale; Information technology is not developed. Using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) in this paper analyzes on the influencing factors of grain supply chain integration. Established the influence factors of grain supply chain integration system through the investigation, statistics, sorting and analysis, it is concluded that the influence degree of various influence factors on the integration, namely the proportion of the target layer secondary index, the influencing factors of integration from high to low in turn is food production, collection and storage, transportation, processing and marketing links; From the general sorting, resources, production conditions, agricultural materials supply, infrastructure, transportation condition, policy support, food markets and departments of comparative advantage, respectively before eight. According to the above analysis, from the basic level, the information technology level and strategic level three aspects put forward the integration of the content, and put forward the corresponding policy support, in order to provide reference for government decision-making.
