Since the1980s, with the accelerating the process of financial liberalization, triggered by the banking system of regional or global financial crisis is more and more frequent. In2008, a start from the United States subprime mortgage crisis into a global economic crisis, the economic crisis hit the global economy, not only caused a great impact to the countries of the financial system, and its negative effect also affected the real economy of each country. The crisis to a certain extent, makes the reshuffle of the financial system of the commercial Banks in the future is likely to bear more of the financial functions. Faced by commercial Banks in operation risk will be bigger, stronger correlation between economic system and commercial Banks. Because of this, by analyzing the risk-taking behavior of financial institutions especially commercial Banks became an important focus of research.With the constant improvement of China’s financial system, the exchange rate, interest rate and other indicators also gradually towards the market, changes in interest rates will affect the economic environment in our country, which will lead to more complex risks and management of commercial Banks. So in order to better interpret the risk-taking behavior of commercial Banks, understand the level of interest rates and interest rate marketization on the influence of commercial bank risk-taking behavior has very important significance.The article first introduces the research background, significance, structure and literature review.For domestic commercial bank risk-taking behavior research mainly focus on monetary policy, bank governance structure, etc., and this paper focuses on to study the effect of marketization of interest rate on bank risk-taking behavior.The second chapter the concept and measurement of commercial bank risk-taking behavior choice and influencing factors. First defines the related concepts of bank risk and commercial Banks behavior, and then measure for commercial bank risk-taking behavior comparison summary, then analyzed what are the factors that affect the risk of commercial Banks and the theoretical analysis of the impact of these factors. The third chapter introduces the mechanism of the influence of interest rate marketization of commercial Banks. The fourth chapter on interest rates, interest rate marketization of commercial Banks risk exposures affect the empirical research. First introduced the model set and data access. Then use non-performing loan ratio to be explained variable regression model, and the corresponding multiple regression analysis results, the results of the analysis conclusion and policy Suggestions are given. Through the empirical conclusions of this article:the marketization of interest rates, interest rates, assets, return on assets, broad money growth rate, gross domestic product (GDP) growth rate of commercial bank’s risk bearing level has significant effect and higher interest rates on the risk level of Banks also has a tendency to rise, the higher cost of capital that Banks will turn to other risky capital channel. Interest rate marketization index is negatively related to the risk-taking behavior of commercial Banks, the instructions after interest rate marketization reform of commercial Banks will face a greater risk of challenge, commercial Banks need to do a good job in risk control in the process of reform, the transformation of the mode of operation. According to the conclusion puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.
