XX Company "European-style Garden" Tourism Project Credit Investigation Report

With the current rapid development of the private economy, more and more commercial banks have paid close attention in their business strategy adjustment to how to better provide credit support for the private enterprises to participate in tourism projects so as to promote the development of the tourism industry.Commercial banks have worked out certain evaluation criteria and made great achievements in the implementation of tourism policy, the analysis of the tourism industry as well as the evaluation of the tourism enterprises after the extensive and in-depth research and study of the various loan cases and the investment feedback. However, the credit investigation of the tourism projects still follows the investigation model of the traditional industries and the new model is still in the exploratory stage.The investigation object in this paper is the "European Style Garden" Project by the XX Tourism and Culture Industry Co. Ltd of Zhejiang Province.Based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the actual business situation of XX Tourism and Culture Industry Co. Ltd of Zhejiang Province and its affiliated companies as well as the operation of the "European Style Garden" Project, with the use of commercial bank credit investigation methods, in the perspective of commercial bank credit orientation, this investigation has analyzed the feasibility of this project, revealed the existing risks in the meantime and drawn the conclusion of credit support for this project.This investigation is carried out in the way of site visit, internal and external investigation as well as the interviews of the key people, etc. Based on the basic data of the applicant company and its affiliated companies, the commercial bank credit policies and the project development documents, with the use of the commercial bank credit data calculation system and the People’s Bank Credit Rating System,and guided by "Guidelines on Due Diligence in the Credit Extension Work of Commercial Banks", this survey has analyzed the the operability of the credit support for this tourism enterprise and is an future reference for the crediting of the the tourism industry and the tourism enterprises.First of all, the introduction part foreshadows the investigation methods and gives a brief introduction of the significance and the content of the investigation.The second part of the paper is about the innovation and exploration of the existing investigation model. Necessary description of the business background, field investigation, way of external information collection, credit use, finance demand calculation and the reasonability of the credit has been given. Then there is a general introduction of the basic situation of the applicant and the "European Style Garden" project. At the same time, detailed investigation has been carried out on the overall situation of affiliated companies. After that, there is a specific description of the analysis and evaluation of the market, finance and risks of the project.The third part of the paper is the analysis of the credit guarantor. The overall credit investigation conclusion has been made based on the specific analysis of the basic situation, bank financing situation, financial data and the guarantee capability of the guarantor, combined with the SWOT analysis of the overall credit plan and the credit risk control measures.The last part is the summary of the credit investigation report.
