| As the advanced stage of leisure agriculture and an important form of urban agriculture, allotment garden is developed earlier in Europe, American, Japan and Taiwan. Beijing as the starting area of domestic urban agriculture, allotment garden is developed rapidly, which yet lacks standards and has very different operation pattern now. At the same time, there is less domestic research related to allotment garden. In view of the current situation of its development and the present research status, by means of systematic and comprehensive research, this paper aims at providing theory basis of the development of allotment garden and guiding the normalized management. First of all, the paper investigate the willingness to participate allotment garden of Beijing citizens for the first time,and calculate the willingness to pay for allotment garden of them, which reaches a conclusion that equal willingness-to-pay is2273.8RMB and total willingness-to-pay is21.47billion RMB. Then, in this article, uses Logistic model to analyse the influencing factors of willingness to participate allotment garden of citizens, and concludes that education degree has a significant effects on citizens’ willingness to participate. Secondly, this paper makes a research on participants of allotment garden, which studies their behavior and satisfaction, and draws a conclusion that the operating management of allotment garden gets a minimum score, in it garden rent having the lowest satisfaction. Thirdly, in this paper, five allotment gardens’ managers in Beijing are investigated by questionnaire survey and telephone interview, finding that they are facing many-sided restrictions, such as policy, capital, and technology. At last, on the account of above-mentioned results and problems, this paper innovates in the research on business model of allotment garden, and puts forward thorough service guarantee system for the development of it, also gives advice on government level and management level. |
