The Research Of Vegetable Supply Chain Management Mode Optimization Strategy

Vegetable is indispensable to People’s Daily life. It can improves people’s quality of life and improve the level of people’s life. With vegetables circulation system reform, in recent years, people pay more attention to research the growing vegetable supply chain. Because of vegetables’fresh perishable characteristics, makes it different from other industrial products’supply chain management model. Vegetable supply chain management model existing in our country is still in the traditional backward stage, the vegetable with long supply chain and complex trading link made vegetable circulation loss serious, all these lead to high vegetable prices, so to optimize the existing vegetable supply chain and to alleviate the present situation of vegetable market is particularly important. This paper is to analyze the existing vegetable supply chain in China, through the analysis, we find that China’s existing vegetable supply chain management mode is low efficiency and high cost, wasting serious. Aiming at these phenomenon, from the perspective of cost priority, this paper uses the explain structure model to level and analysis the relevant factors of vegetable supply chain, and combines with the present condition of vegetables circulation in the vegetable market, optimizes vegetables supply chain and mode, we get the optimized vegetable supply chain management mode; Then from Shouguang vegetable net refer to19kinds of vegetables (covers all kinds of vegetables) of actual data, we carries on analyzing and comparing between the traditional vegetables supply chain management pattern and optimized supply chain management pattern. It is concluded that the optimized vegetable supply chain is more suitable for today’s market, it enables consumers to buy higher quality at a lower price of vegetables, make the farmers’income improve and supermarket make more money, all in all, it can achieve the "three win".
