With the development of informatization in forest resource.software used in forest value assessment is becoming more and more significant.Traditional software working in Web and PDA platform has its disadvatanges in portability and real-time data calculation.This paper constructs software in mobile terminals,thus overcomes the shortcomings of Web and PDA.Specifically,this paper firstly puts forward the demands of computing the comprehensive value of forest which including commercial value and carbon absorption value.For the commercial value,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of the market-value method,income method and cost method,and then selects the market value method.For the carbon absorption value,this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of biomass method,volume and biomass list method,and then selects the biomass list method.Secondly,this paper designs the functions of the software to be constructed,including basic parameters and data entry,commercial value calculation,carbon absorption value calculation,comprehensive value calculation and statistical result display.Finally,this paper develops the software using Eclipse as development platform,and using SQLite as database storation,and using HTML5,CSS3.0,JQuery Mobile,PhoneGap as front-end technology.The software developed can be deployed for use in the currently used Android and IOS system,and it can work fast,efficient and stable.
