In2009, economic crisis swept across all over the world. The same year in April, the state council promulgated the full text of the logistics industry adjustment and developed planning. The planning mainly involves ten nine major tasks and key projects, which includes encourage logistics enterprises through holding, equity participation, joint, mergers and acquisitions, or other forms of assets reorganization. In2011, under the influence of the export, country economy falls again. On June8th, the state council holds another meeting to promote the development of logistics industry. Eight measures have been put forward on the meeting, which include assets reorganization.Logistics industry of listed companies’trend to do assets reorganization has been overwhelming. But assets reorganization whether can achieve the desired effect remains to be consideration. Therefore understand the enterprise assets reorganization of the specific situation and actual effect of the listed company are good for investors for gain more investment returns in the securities market.Based on the data from2009to2012complete and continuous61listed logistics enterprises as samples, I studied the assets reorganization of the enterprise performance. In the article, I choose seven indicators, include earnings per share, return on net assets, main business profitability and shareholders’ equity ratio and liquidity ratio, accounts receivable turnover ratio and total asset turnover. After analytic hierarchy process (AHP), I calculate the weight of every indicators. Then I introduce the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and write the source file to gain membership degree of the company. So, the performance score can be reached. Through the comparative analysis of score changes we can judge the listed company’s logistics industry adequate performance.
