With the rapid development of economic globalization, enterprises are facing increasingly intense internal and external environmental changes. China is one of the country which have fastest-growing economies in the world, economic development and improve people’s living standard make China’s increasing demand for energy, oil demand is the most exuberant, China National Petroleum Corporation as China’s largest oil company have a great responsibility. since1993, Enterprise Resource Planning has been first proposed, because it act an important role in the construction of enterprise information and improve the management level it welcomed by more and more enterprises. T oil production plant as a unit of Petro China, according to the plan it has been constructing ERP in2009.This paper start from introduce the Concept of ERP systems, analyzed the T oil production plant some problems in equipment management and financial management, and propose some solutions to make recommendations for the successful implementation of enterprise ERP system.This paper consists of four chapters, in the first chapter it describes the research background, analysis of China’s energy demand in the context of growing wider and the meaning of enterprises to adopt the ERP system, and ERP systems research status at home and abroad, And on this basis is presented on T oil production plant research, And innovation of the papers. In the second chapter this article briefly introduces the concepts of ERP and its development process, and on this basis proposed ERP enterprise management change some of the requirements and the main research directions, namely financial management and equipment management. In the third chapter introduces the equipment management and its four functional modules and the seven functional modules of financial management. In the fourth chapter focuses on the problems and their solutions of T Oil Production Plant in equipment management and financial management.
