A Research On The Factors Of Risks About Fungus Farmers’ Production Management

Nowadays mushrooms’ production in China accounts for nearly seventy percent of the world’s, and mushroom’s production in Fujian Province ranks in fourth, not only are there about ten percent of the people engaged in this industry in Fujian Province. So it is very important for Fujian and China to stabilize and improve the level of development for the mushroom industry, mushroom industry in Fujian Province is significantly more dependent than the national agriculture of mushroom industry and the level of development of Fujian’s mushroom industry is obviously slower than the national average level of growth, which is the basic starting point of this research. In the final analysis, it is fundamental to make mushroom farmers less affected by uncertain risks, so it is the primary task to establish the system of risks’prevention and control about production and management.The paper analysis along historical horizon and understand the new concept of the definition and classification of risk and the risk of agriculture theory system and farmers’ risk, made a division of the mushroom farmers operating risk categories; To distinguish factors, we apply with expert investigation method, group’s interviews and survey of farmers. After the sampling investigation of mushroom farmers to obtain valid data,.With taking annual earnings and annual production as indicators of risk, the study use the stepwise regression analysis to select effective variable. Through regression analysis in this study, we know that mushroom farmers operating risks’ main influence factors are sales channels, market information source, uniform standard system, inferior pesticide, and professional guidance. Secondly, in the analysis of data, some factors of mushroom farmers in the production and operation of the effect is not as logical to imagine. With real evidence, we establish the warning model of production and business’s risks, bring forward control measures and policy proposals and use multiple regression methods to predict the risk of the next year’s solution and other areas.
