Research On Economic Evaluation Of Development Projects Of Shale In Huadian,jilin Province, Of Mining Industar Group Fuxin

Technical economic appraisal is an essential component of development of feasibility of the project and it's an important link to analyze and evaluate the project in the right perspective. It also has an irreplaceable status in project appraisal. Thus only suitable investment project being selected and evaluated exactly and made a comprehensive and reasonable analysis on potential risks to conclude a right judgment, the enterprise can play a role in the market competition and be brimming with vigor.The paper makes use of the development project of oil shale of Mining Industry Group Fuxin in Huadian, from Jilin Province ,to study the application of the theories and methods of economic evaluation for project. The paper analyzes and evaluates the feasibility of the project from the altitude of development strategy of business by using the theory and method of technological economics, engineering project management, management, strategy management, marketing management and finance. The paper firstly evaluates the economic returns and social benefits according the principle of project evaluation, and makes a deep analysis of investment risk of the project. Secondly, it establishes an evaluation model of risk– benefits and cites Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and makes an application of Choice11.5 Expert software to forecast the economic risks of the project from a new point of view. Based on previous evaluation, the paper analyzes the five competitive factors for the project by using five competitive model of Porter; and analyzes preponderance, inferior position, opportunity and imperilment by using SWOT analysis approach. On the basis of comprehensive analysis, the paper gives the definite conclusion about economy of project.
