The Evaluation And Study On The Scale Economy Of Industrial Enterprises In Our Country

Economies of scale is the best production status that the business managerspursuit. In other word, under a certain economic background the maximum economicbenefits brought by the investment scale of an enterprise production and operationstatus. Because of this,the attention of the economics profession to enterprise scaleeconomy can only enhance. Many economists study the existence of economies ofscale, others focus on the size of a certain industry, for example, automobile industry,logistics, transportation and agriculture, etc. From the macroscopic angle of view tostudy economies of scale is few. However, economy is an organic whole in the market.But if one study economies of scale from one-sided view will make a mistake.Economic development is the key of all the countries in the world. In order to improvethe region’s economic status in the national, local government economic competition isfierce. Everyone is concerned about the general production situation that how to reacha certain scale economy. Therefore, this paper based on the macro perspective, studythe input and output elements of the industrial enterprise use data envelopment analysis.From the study,we found that the current China’s eastern, central and western regiondevelopment gap is still large. The eastern region is in the lead position, while thecentral and the western region’s economic gap is smaller, the western economicdevelopment still lag behind. The resource redundancy phenomenon and the outputshortage phenomenon in the central and western regions is very common. In thewestern region’s economy is still in by increasing investment to boost output ofbackward production mode. To make the regional economic balanced development, wemust change the backward production mode in the western region, using the regionadvantage to build the core competitiveness. Focus on development suited to their ownindustry. In this paper we found that use GDP to measure the regional economicdevelopment is not scientific. Through the study of this article, the purpose is torationalize the structure of regions and to provide the reference to the development ofregional economy, to Improve the speed of backward area economic development, toreduce the regional economic gap.
