The information technology brings the huge impact tothe accounting industry which is the problem that how accountant achieve the goal offinancial management with computer both in theory and in practice.Most accountant can not adapt the changes that the abacus change to the calculatorand account books change to the computer. The development of informationizationtheory makes the traditional accounting method of many confront more challenges inthe practical work. But some domestic software start from financial softwaredevelopment the traditional accounting theory to the software design idea still plays aleading role such as accounting invoicing accounts match，account card match accountreal match etc. management thought is inseparable from the traditional financialmanagement methods the main job is to accounting treatment, finally to generatefinancial statements these statements data can only reflect a period of enterpriseoperating conditions is released into the "final" to "result" did not reflect "process" andcan’t do it "live" also can’t confirm the reliability of the data, therefore can not meet therequirement of the flexible management decisions.ERP has been developing in China for many years, which improve theinformationization level of industries but it is far from to achieve the ideal situation inpractice such as the heart of the manufacturing inventory control problem Because ofthe software or management problem financial management is still short of matchaccounts account conforms to the basic requirements such as real-time informationsharing becomes meaningless. This study is mainly to improve ERP system and build a system of inventorysupervision and control on accounting through the analysis of the industry case of ERPimplementation, and make the enterprise achieve real-time information sharing in thesupply chain improve the quality of data and information achieve account of realconsistent management create favorable conditions and provide timely and accurateinventory information to the enterprise decision-makers who can give a feasible methodin the real world.
