Itcan be judged that the record in the database is or not incorrect through the adjustedbook balance in the inventory balance sheet. If it is, it need to be processed, then thesystem can guarantee the quality of information. The above reconciliation process canbe performed in real time, so the inventory accounting and management system canensure the timeliness and reliability of the information, and at the same time it canreasonable ensure inventory physical count in real time.
