In the knowledge economy era,the knowledge-intensive business services haveplay an important role in promoting economic development and social progess. In theknowledge-intensive business services which use project-oriented production mode, technical knowledge workers have become one of the core elements that affect theprojects’ success.Due to the differences of technical knowledge workers,as well as thecomplexity of the tasks and the dynamic environment, the staff scheduling problem hasbecome more challenging, so how to assign the technical knowledge workers tasks andmake scheduling more scientific and reasonable it becomes the urgent matter. On the basis of the fully grasp of the technical knowledge workers and tasks, thispaper analyses the static scheduling and dynamic scheduling problem for technicalknowledge workers from a demand-service matching perspective as follow:Firstly,on the assumption that employees and tasks are fixed, the analysis anddescription of the static scheduling problem for technical knowledge workers are givenfrom the demand-service matching perspective, considering the differences betweenemployees and complexities of the tasks,a static scheduling model for technicalknowledge workers which satisfies maximize the sum of matching degree ofemployee-task is constructed.Secondly,on the assumption that some uncertainties would happen such as tasksdelay and addition,on the basis of the analysis and description of the schedulingproblem for technical knowledge workers from the demand-service matchingperspective,a dynamic scheduling model which satisfies maximize the sum ofmatching degree of employee-task and minimize the deviation from the originalschedule is constructed. Finally, the static scheduling model is solved by the dynamic programmingmethod, while the dynamic scheduling problem is solved by dynamic programming andTOPSIS methods, then numerical examples are given to verify the effectiveness of themodel and algorithm.
