Research On The Humanism Income Distribution

The income distribution is the total form and system of howsocial members participate in the national income distribution in acertain scope. The income distribution directly affectsconsumption, investment, savings, employment, prices and so on.The transformations of income level and structure will have a greatimpact on the employee motivation, economic growth andsocial progress.As is known to all, the economic development of China has“three carriages”, namely consumption demand, investmentdemand and export demand. Under the current circumstances, theinternational situation is not optimistic and the foreign trade growth isalso gloomy, which leads to weak export demand. Meanwhile,stimulating the economic growth by investment demand isnot sustainable, and the return of the investment will mostly beobtained by vested interests. Therefore, the only rest is domesticconsumption demand. However, domestic consumption demandrequires enough money, which is not available in China. At present,there is a big gap between rich and poor in China, and many peoplecannot afford consumption freely. Sometimes, the big gap betweenrich and poor has also led to a series of social problems. The problemof domestic consumption demand, which is affected by the gapbetween rich and poor, largely is the problem of income distribution.The way of the income distribution has an impact on the results ofincome distribution and the income distribution dominates the gapbetween rich and poor. Thus, we can say that the income distribution restricts economic development. Currently, the transformation of theincome distribution in China is a practical necessity.In this thesis, literature research method and the combination ofpositive analysis and normative analysis will be used. This thesissystematically summarizes the study of income distribution theory,from the traditional economics to modern economics, and also on theperiod after the reform and opening up of China. Based onthe economics perspective, the main literature and ideas of theincome distribution are summarized and reviewed in the thesis. Then,the method of the combination of positive analysis and normativeanalysis is firstly used to study the income distribution bypositive analysis, and the next puts forward to normativelycorresponding policy recommendations.The theme of this thesis is "the humanism income distribution",the key word is "income distribution", the property is "humanism",and the scope of the study is China. This thesis is divided into fourparts. The first part is the introduction, which explains thebackgrounds, methods, significances, innovations and the basicframework of the research and which also reviews the theories andliterature. The second part is the theoretical explanationsof the humanism income distribution. The third part is the analysisof China’s current income distribution pattern. The fourth part is therealization routes for the humanism income distribution in China.The most significant achievement and innovation of this thesis isthe new concept of “the humanism income distribution”, and thedirection of reform of China’s income distribution in the future is“the humanism income distribution”.“The humanism income distribution”, which is based on the previous research, jumps out ofthe existing policy analysis framework of income distribution, whichstudies China’s income distribution from a higher level. It not onlywill be more comprehensive, objective and effectively to measure thedevelopment status and the development direction of China’s incomedistribution, but also can fill the gap in this filed. The humanismincome distribution, which is in the scope of the People’s Republic ofChina, centered on the core of “people-centric” and on the premise ofnot restricting the macro and micro economic efficiency, is the totalform and system, in which the social members will participate in thedistribution of national income, and especially the poor can get morereasonable income. It offers the direction of reform of China’sincome distribution.
