The Research On Hebei Province Residents’ Income Distribution Ratio And Gap

Since the reform and opening up, with the development of socialist market economy,dwellers’ standard of living has also improved. But there are some phenomena have impact onthe harmonious development of our society, such as residents’ unfair income distribution andthe expanded of income disparity. Then the Party Central Committee、the governmentdepartments at all levels、 from all walks of life and common people have take seriouslyattention on the issues. In this paper, it chooses Hebei Province as an example, which is theone of large province of agriculture and located in the eastern region, will make acomprehensive system research on the above phenomena.First of all, it is to make briefly analysis for residents’ unfair income distribution ofHebei province in current situation, and to make comparative analysis for expanded disparityfrom two aspects of horizontal and vertical. The main conclusion of the study is residents’income disparity keeps a height agree between Hebei Province and the whole nation, theproportion of income distribution is gradually decline, the gap shows “W” situation; and it islarger income disparity in Eastern than Middle-Western; by comparing other provinces inEastern, Hebei province is larger income disparity、higher GDP and lower per capita income.Secondly, it is to make unreasonable factor analysis for income distribution in Hebeiprovince. The main reasons for low proportion of income include the high rate of investment,the unreasonable proportion of investment between three major industries, and unreasonableinterior structure of three major industries; while the main influence factors of GINIcoefficient include the income disparity between urban and rural areas、 the level ofurbanization、the level of wage and investment rate. The remarkable factor is the incomedisparity between urban and rural areas. It shows the relationship of inverted "U" typebetween the level of urbanization and the GINI coefficient.Finally, the paper is to use grey forecasting method and the model GM(l,l) to forecast thetrend of the GINI coefficient and the proportion of income distribution, and the result suggeststhat the proportion of staff’s wage in GDP will increased, but the GINI coefficient will enlarge in the coming years, the proportion of dwellers’ income and the labor remuneration in GDP isstill low. At the same time, according to the results above, the sixth chapter of this paper is toput forward some suggestions to solve the relevant question, including making the basicprinciples of "control ends, breed intermediate "、adjusting the industrial structure、improvingresidents’ quality、coordinating the rate of investment and consumption、improving the taxsystem and improving the salary system. The object is to provide some reference for theformulation of policy which helps Hebei Province’s economic development harmony andstably.
