| On the basis of major theories from famous scholars in enterprise strategy research like H.igor Ansoff, Kenneth R. Andres, Alfred D.Chandler Jr, and Michael E.Porter, this paper analyzed X Company for its business background, status and strategic environment by adopting Porter’s five forces analysis approach. Based on these analyses, this paper came up with the system of development strategy for X Company. This system defined the strategic intent, mission and goal of the company along with safeguard mechanisms and implementation processes. The system also delineated the development perspective for the company. Not only be a guide to X Company, this paper also can be used as reference to domestic counterparts. |
