The preventive maintenance of the equipment is an important management method to improve the reliability of the equipment and ensure the effective operation of the equipment.And with the continuous development of computer technology and information technology,the equipment of service industry and industrial enterprise being go to complex motors,electronic and intelligence,it greatly improving the business efficiency and automation level.But this also increased the difficulty and the cost of equipment maintenance and management.The complexity of the device makes it harder to predict when the device will fail,and the likelihood of failure is greatly increased.If the device will not be able to receive timely maintenance,will be result in serious consequences,brings great loss to the enterprise property and safety of employees,and this loss is often greater than the required maintenance costs.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to make rational preventive maintenance decision.This paper focuses on the system maintenance level,maintenance strategy,maintenance interval,the optimization goal and the reliability.Then this paper put forward two optimization cost model based on perfect maintenance and imperfect maintenance.The research includes two aspects:First,based on the assumption of perfect maintenance and regular maintenance,a preventive maintenance decision model based on environmental factors is established.Specifically,the first step,according to the types of components,the composing of the system and the failure rate of components,analyze the operation condition of the system may could be,then get the based reliability based on the k out of n system.The second step,analyze the effect of environmental factors on system reliability,and determine whether influence factors has a significant effect on the system reliability,just reserve the significant influence factors to the next step.Then,take the parameter of environmental factors into the system reliability through the proportional hazard model.The third step,analyze system of maintenance strategy and corresponding maintenance cost,get the smallest system maintenance cost per unit time under the constraint of required reliability,and the optimal maintenance cycle.This paper verifies the model through a simulation system,and compares the results with the model which does not considering environmental factors.Second,under the assumption of imperfect maintenance and non-periodical maintenance,the model of joint optimization of maintenance and inventory optimization is established,then the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate and analyze,get the maintenance and inventory parameters.Compared to traditional time-based maintenance strategies such as batch maintenance and regular replacement of life,reliability-based preventive maintenance is more flexible and avoids over-maintenance in traditional maintenance strategies.This section adopt non-periodical maintenance strategy and take both imperfect maintenance and perfect maintenance into account.In order to avoid the risk of out-of-stock,this section adopt(s,S)inventory strategy.Then the numerical simulation is carried out and the model is verified,compared with the imperfect maintenance strategy at the same time.In this paper,the research results show that under the assumptions of perfect maintenance and regular maintenance,the optimal maintenance cycle by considering influence factors is lower than the optimal maintenance cycle which does not considering factors,and the average maintenance cost per unit time is higher;under the assumptions of imperfect maintenance and non-periodical maintenance,combined optimization decision model are given,and validated that system total costs of imperfect maintenance strategy less than system total costs of perfect maintenance strategy,under the same maintenance and inventory decisions...
