Research On Coal&Electricity Industry Service Synergistic Development Of East Yunnan Energy Corporation

The synergistic development of coal and electric power industry has become a present focus of China’s energy development. This article analyses the present and synergistic situation of coal and electric power industry in Diandong Energy Corporation;and detailedly assesses the regional advantages and resource scale of integration project about coal and electric power industry in the eastern regions of Yunnan;and through the institutional designs-. mechanism perfection、structural adjustments and Construction of coal mines of Diandong Energy Corporation, makes a deep exploration, and so on.In this paper, we used industrial synergy theory, game theory, industrial chain theory introduces the internal cause of collaborative development. By applying the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, static analysis and dynamic analysis, the method of combining the present situation of energy companies operating Diandong Energy Corporation, industrial advantages and problems are analyzed. The domestic coal industry coordinated development strategic cooperation model, joint venture model, medium and long term cooperation mode and the analysis of the strategic cooperation model, compared to draw integration business model best comprehensive benefits, and from two aspects of macroscopic and microscopic, sums up the significance of integration business model.Through the analysis of the domestic integration project of coal and electricity, this article sums up the successful experiences of the synergistic development about coal and electricity, combining the domestic successful case-the system analysis of Yimin integration project about coal and electric power industry. For development characteristics of coal and electric power industry in Diandong Energy Corporation this article presents the programs through the process-, measures of synergistic development and well-equipped, to ensure the huge benefits of industry, and effectively improve the competitiveness and anti-risk ability.In this paper, the main conclusion that the synergistic development is an effective way to eliminate the contradiction of coal and electric power, it will guarantee the healthy sustainable development of coal and electric power industry, and maximize the profit of coal and electric power enterprises, to create an internationally competitive world-class and first-rate enterprises.
