Research On Financial Safety Evaluation Of Energy Production Industry

Energy and finance are the two major themes of social economic growth and development, energy is the basic driving force for economic progress and operation of modern society, and finance is widely penetrated into all aspects of economic life of the people.However, with the development of the energy industry and financial competition intensifies, many contradictions and problems in the development of energy finance has gradually emerged, the development of energy finance in China are facing many uncertain factors, which pose a serious challenge to the energy and financial security.Therefore, in view of energy finance faces many uncertain factors,monitoring and evaluation financial security of the energy production industry,timely found unsafe factors of energy finance, and improvement it, ensure safe and sustainable energy development of energy finance in our country, that has important practical significance.This paper analyzes the research background and significance of the energy production financial industry safety evaluation.According to the characteristics of existing financial security of energy production industry, from the macroscopic economic environment safety impact assessment index, financial financing safety impact assessment indicators and safety of financial investment effect evaluation index of three aspects to construct the energy producing industry comprehensive evaluation index system of financial security.Combining the evaluation indexes and the characteristics of data samples, the establishment of a genetic algorithm(GA)optimize the BP neural network model of energy industry financial safety evaluation.In view of the electric power center position in the energy, this paper selects the electric power production industry empirical analysis on the evaluation of financial security,according to the results of empirical analysis, found from the convergence speed and the output result accuracy, GA-BP neural network model is obvious better than the single BP neural network model.At the same time,according to the test results obtained by GA-BP neural network model, found forecast results of each index and safety score in line with the actual situation of the electric power production industry finance, which verifies the practicability and applicability of the model in the energy industry financial in energy production industry finance safety evaluation., at the same time, for the future financial safety evaluation work effective to carry out and improve of electric power production industry and other energy production industries to provide a reference.
