Evaluation Of Internal Control System On The Grass-roots Power Supply Enterprise

Internal control is one of the core issues of enterprise management. According to the characteristics of the grass-roots power supply enterprise, the paper discussed the related contents of internal control system evaluation in grass-roots power supply enterprise. Through the research, the author hopes to built an internal control evaluation system of grass-roots power supply enterprises, and make the grass-roots power supply enterprises to carry out internal control evaluation systematically, so as to realize the goal of enterprise better.Because of the importance of internal control in enterprise management and the need for power enterprises to strengthen management, on the basis of refering to related theories of domestic and foreign internal controls, regarding a specific power supply enterprise as concrete case, in the risk portfolio, the paper designed the index system of internal control evaluation for power supply enterprises, then made an evaluation to a power supply enterprise and put forwards suggestions for improvement. The results showed that, the internal control evaluation index system made by the study on grass-roots power supply enterprises, focused on the "risk", and combined the internal control evaluation and risk management evaluation, is conducive not only to save resources for internal control management department, but also to issue more practical evaluation reports. The internal control evaluation index system made by the research on grass-roots power supply enterprises, applies to the internal control evaluation both to the evaluation department and the grass-roots power supply enterprises. The study has also the practical significance and reference value for grass-roots power supply enterprises and other industry enterprises.
