Research On Risk Management Of Enterprise Organizational Change

This paper firstly introduces current researches on organizational change and risk management, describes and analyzes related theories and puts forward its research method. Secondly, it introduces the Flattering Program of company BS, its background and how the program was carried out. By analyzing problems existed in organizational environment, implementation control and company culture in the process of BS’s Flattering program, this paper analyzes the necessity of BS’s Flattering Program.Third, by using analyzing method of program risk management, this paper analyzes risks in BS’Flattering program, identifies risk types and risk importance. Based on the results of risk analysis, this paper puts forward risk control measures for seven aspects of BS Flattering Program, including safety, human resources, finance management, marketing, company culture and program planning. This paper provides theoretical guidance for BS Flattering Program.By combining theory with practice, analyzing real-life case and generating innovative ideas, this paper also gives thoughts for companies which are preparing for or carrying out Flattering Program to do well in risk management.
